Scope of work:
- Replaced all exterior sealant with MasterSealNP 150 sealant
- Applied MasterProtect to the entire building exterior
- The building was experiencing water intrusion from the building facade. The existing joint sealant and waterproofing was failing and water was entering the building. The owner contracted with Angelus to solve these problems. By utilizing the MasterSeal 150 joint sealant, a premium, low modulus, silyl terminated, polyether sealant, and the MasterProtect wall coating, a 100% solids, high build acrylic wall coating system which waterproofs the building while allowing the building facade to breathe, Angelus was able to solve the water intrusion problems for the building owners. Upon completion, the building was leak free, and the owners were pleased with the aesthetics of the new coating system.

- Applied Glidden Decra Flex 300 elastomeric wall coating to the entire building exterior
