Scope of work:
The new Cedar Sinai Medical Center project required 20,000 sq ft of heat welded membrane. We installed the AVM Aussie Tite 540 membrane system - a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) with Dow Elvaloy® KEE that is externally reinforced and integrally bonded to a Reactive Polymer Fleece (RPF) layer that activates when it encounters water.

The Desert Regional Medical Center Hospital, owned by Tenet Healthcare, is the only designated Level II trauma center in the Coachella Valley. Angelus was called in to repair and recoat its 2,400 sf rooftop helipad that receives two to three landings per day.
