SCOPE OF WORK:
- Removed all concrete spalls from the building exterior
- Installed Sika Armatec 110 anti corrosion and bonding agent to all concrete spalls
- Repaired spalls with Sika 123 plus concrete repair mortar
- Sealed all cracks with Sika 1a polyurethane sealant
- Applied Glidden Decra Flex 300 elastomeric wall coating to the entire building exterior
