- Removed existing failed deck coating system from all exterior decks and helipad
- Prepared concrete substrate to receive new coating system
- Sealed all cracks with urethane sealant
- Installed Neogard FC rapid curing polyurethane pedestrian traffic coating to all exterior decks and helipad
